3rd Annual Holiday Railfest - December 8, 2012

On Saturday December 8, 2012, the Southampton Railroad Station Society hosted the popular Holiday Railfest at the Northampton and Southampton reformed Church in Upper Southampton Township, in the village of Churchville. For a third year in a row, Railfest provided area residents an opportunity to learn about model railroading, discuss the hobby with industry pros, purchase parts for their model trainsets, learn about local and railroad history, and enjoy the sights and sounds of the season with live entertainment and good food.

The Society extends its thanks to the volunteers who helped setup and operate the event, especially to the Northampton and Southampton Reformed Church, who opened their doors to the Society and local community to run this family oriented event. Holiday Railfest is the only event of its kind in Upper Southampton Township. The Society wishes to express its gratitude to everyone who supported the Southampton Station restoration project by patronizing this event.
